Our systems are all monitored 24 hours a day and if a network failure occurs a technician is dispatched immediately. We also operate a daytime and evening technical support line 7 days a week. The hours of operation are from 9AM AM to 9 PM weekdays, 11AM to 9PM weekends.
All calls received outside normal hours are returned as soon as the call center opens.
